Short Term Hire of The Front Gallery

Suitable for photographing artwork in gallery setting, portfolio viewing, private life drawing sessions, head-shots, exhibition planning, photoshoots, videos & interviews etc.

Private accessible space, quick & easy picture hanging system for changing artwork quickly, parking for 1 car (if available), changing area, tea/coffee making facilities,
2 hour minimum booking (including put up/take down of show)
£100 Deposit to cover Breakages, damages, loss & left items, to be paid at time of booking.
Deposit in full or part will be re-paid to the hiring artist at the end of the exhibition if all is well.
The hiring Artist is responsible for booking, chaperoning & stewarding own models, interviewees, collegues etc.
The hiring Artist is responsible for bringing own camera, lighting, props & equipment.
The hiring Artist is responsible for protection/loss/breakages of their work & equipment.

Applications are welcome from individuals, groups, curators, schools & students to exhibit in the front section of the gallery.

Hire Fee £300 (£33 per day)

Fee to be paid in full at time of booking
9 day hire (Fri to following Saturday)
Booking duration to include put up/take down of show.
£200 Deposit to cover Breakages, damages, loss & left items, to be paid at time of booking.
Deposit in full or part will be re-paid to the hiring artist at the end of the exhibition if all is well.
The hiring Artist is responsible to steward their exhibition (unless prior arrangements are made)
The hiring Artist must have insurance & have a completed risk assessment
The hiring Artist has full responsibility for own marketing, PR & Press.
A 10% commission is payable to the gallery on all sales.
